Your experience starts with a triage professional that will assess your immediate condition and guide you through our state-of-the-art electronic check-in. If you took the few minutes to pre-register online or are a previous patient, you may simply swipe your “EHC Advantage Card” to verify your information. Of course, you always have the option to complete your registration for the first time during your initial visit. Should you have any difficulties completing the process, your triage professional will happily assist you. If your condition is vital, this check-in process can also be completed at the bedside in order to speed your time to treatment.

Emergency Health Centre happily accommodates families with children. To help keep children engaged and entertained we provide a fun children’s play center with mobile entertainment systems and dedicated pediatric rooms so parents can direct attention to their medical needs.
We work with all major insurance carriers including Medicare and Workers' Compensation. An emergency room co-pay will be collected at the start of your visit, and your insurance carrier will be billed directly for your policy's emergency room benefits. Individual plan deductibles and coinsurance notwithstanding, any non-reimbursed balance will be responsibility of the patient or guardian.
